– Returns must be unworn and in pristine condition.

– Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s).

– Once your package arrives at our facility, we will process it within 3-5 business days and then refund you for the full amount if you meet all the criteria above.

– Once we process your return, the refunded amount will be transferred back onto the payment used to place the order, or you will be given store credit if preferred.


All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 3 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.


  1. Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at The Fake Apparel. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Wrong Size – Since each and every product is custom made as per the order, it is not possible for us to exchange it. We suggest you check our Sizing Guide which is available on all product pages before placing an order next time.
