This policy explains what we collect when you use thefakeapparel.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We need all of it to print, pack, ship and support your order.
When you pay: nothing. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s systems and never reach our servers. We receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
When you browse: the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce set to keep your basket and your session working. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We hold order data because we need it to perform the contract you entered into by ordering, and because Indian tax law requires us to keep records of sales.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to: our payment gateway (Razorpay), our courier, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Anything else is deleted when it stops being useful.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
