Who you are buying from
The Fake Apparel is a sole proprietorship registered in India. Our registered address and contact details are listed on the Contact page. We are not currently registered for GST; if that changes, this page and the Contact page will be updated.
The products
We print graphic apparel and accessories to order. Photographs are taken of real stock, but screens, dye lots and fabric batches vary, so the colour you receive may differ slightly from the colour on your screen. Garment measurements are approximate; where a size guide appears on a product page, treat it as indicative rather than exact.
Our designs are parody and commentary. Where a design references an existing work or trademark, that reference is editorial and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. Cash on Delivery carries a flat handling surcharge, shown in the payment options before you choose it and again in your order total. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order priced in error.
Orders
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not an acceptance of it. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or if we cannot verify payment — and will refund it in full if we do.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of our registered address.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
