Where we ship
Across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment — if you are outside India and want something, message us on Instagram and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Dispatch
Orders are printed and packed by hand, so allow 2 to 4 working days for dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Delivery
Once dispatched, expect 4 to 8 working days depending on your PIN code. Metro addresses are usually at the faster end of that; remote PIN codes at the slower end. These are the courier’s estimates, not guarantees.
Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Cash on Delivery carries a flat handling surcharge, shown in the payment options.
If a parcel goes missing
If tracking has not moved for 7 working days, write to us and we will open a case with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we reship or refund, your choice.
Refused deliveries
A Cash on Delivery parcel refused at the door costs us the courier’s charges both ways. We will refund the item, but not the handling surcharge, and we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
